On April 16, 2026, ABAChem Lanzhou Division successfully held its DuPont DSS special review meeting. Mr. Liu Wanshan, a senior expert from DuPont DSS, was invited to attend. The meeting conducted an in-depth review of core modules including incident and accident management, abnormal condition discussions, Job Cycle Check (JCC) work, alarm and interlock control, safety culture development, and risk analysis for new projects. It was clearly established that the approval authorization for all action designs must implement accountability and assessment mechanisms, using rigid constraints to reinforce safety responsibilities across the entire chain.
